Hi all, On 4-7 Dec i went to Phu Kradueng at Loei province, northeastern of Thailand. There are one of most popular wild treking. The distance between base of the hill to mountain top is 5.5 km and 3.6 km to visitor center on mountain top. Phu Kradueng national park have carrier service for tourist(60-70 kg/ 1 carrier), who would like comfortable. On the mountain top have pine forest alternate with grass field and evergreen forest. The treking trail for tourist, we can choose treking on waterfall trail or trail nearly cliff. In Dec-Jan, the maple leaves become in red. It's a symbol of Phu Kradueng national park and can attracted many many tourist to come see it. In central of mountain top has many waterfall, origin of pong river. I visited here on winter so it's have a few water. Greenish mossy and sphagnum moss can found in every wet floor near waterfall. Rock field has small communities of orchid and lichens Trail to cliff. Lom Sak cliff, another one of Phu Kradeung's symbol. I found 3 Genus of carnivorous; Nepenthes , Utricularia, Drosera. I'm not sure is it N. smilesii? Who can confirm? male flower and fruit Drosera burmanii Utricularia sp. Cheers, eboat

Was wondering the same thing: ID on the Bulbophyllum?
The Nepenthes habitat looks amazingly like Sarracenia habitats in the Florida panhandle.

Hi eboat,
I love the way you built up the momentum with the pictures! First you showed us the habitat, then the associated plants, then saved the best for last. Wonderful, just wonderful.
Bulbophylum blepharistes are quite large-growing plants.... without flowers it is difficult to be sure what the plants you found could be.
