I just move old, interesting topics into here. I would like to have a Board for growing tips, discussions on fertilizer, how to root cuttings and the like. But for now, I'm filling up the Species/Hybrid categories as they are created. I cannot create boards, so I make requests to an Administrator for sub-boards to be made, then move old topics to them once they're created. As for soil ingredients, there's a section already here for that in the Accessories section of this Forum and there is some Very interesting discussions in there.
So would you all like to see a section for all of the old, forgotten discussions on cuttings, fertilizers, growing tips, etc...? I can make a request, but I cannot promise it can be done. I don't have that kind of power here and wouldn't want to step on any toes if I did.
Hope this clears things up abit... unless I made them more confusing
Hey quegue do you think that we could have a couple more of the popular species/hybrids listed with soil conditions/lighting/or any other perks? Thanks nep369
Hello nep369, I was thinking of doing albomarginata for species and Truncata hybrids for the hybrids board. I can only fill boards of a couple plants a week, busy at work and busy at home... If you have any requests, I'll see if I can do that for ya when I have the time available if you like..

Quogue yes that'd be great! N. aristolochiodes, N. lowii, N. globosa, N. truncata, and N. rowanae are my top for the specie boards: N. bicalcarata and N. maxima hybrids for the hybrid board. Thanks a bunch.
thatoneplantboi: Hey guys, I'm new to growing nepenthes, I'm getting a mini indoor greenhouse to grow them in. What kind of light should I use for them? Also, if you could provide a link to a product, it would be very much appreciated

borneo: Yes, they work superbly. But you don't need expensive lights, cheap ones work well too.

vidyut: hey mylesg. glad to hear that. Love this forum. Facebook can't organize knowledge like this. Will participate as much as I can.

vidyut: Photobucket has ruined this place and many other forum archives with years and years of photos worth referencing now blurred. Priceless information hostage to services once free, begging for adoption, arbitrarily monetized.
