So you can grow highlanders and lowlanders all together? Must be nice.

Manny,
I started out with lowlanders, but have slowly expanded a bit with trades. So far so good. The lowlanders will be pretty slow for the next couple of months as our night time temps drop to 60 or so, but then they will take off again in March or April. The real test will be to see how the highlanders hold out during the summer, only time will tell.

Your conditions are similar to ours in South Florida. However, our winters can get a little colder. Highlanders, for the most part, do not do well here in summer and spring.

Thanks for the insight Manny. I wanted to give a couple highlanders a try and get the chance for a few in trades. I will watch them closely during the spring and summer to see how they are doing, if they are too unhappy they will have to move along to a better home and I will know better in the future.

Save the house with a Nep and you'll never have to argue again.
