help with new plant

Hi there

I just got my shipment(wistuba)with some really nice neps
but one of them(mulunesis) doesn't looks that good
I planted him in live sphagnum
my setup temps are(day 17-23 deg c depends where in the terrarium. he is near the cold plate, so the temp around 16-19.
night 12-15 deg c for him)
Andreas already promise me that if he will die he will replace it
(I hope he want have to)
Is there anything I can do ?

It looks like it's not going to die right away. I'd keep it bagged or otherwise very humid for a little while, leave it alone and just hope for the best.

Do'nt worry. See the broken leaf on the left, it looks like it just had a ruff ride in the box.
Treat it like the rest of your new plants, and it should grow out fine.

Control the watering and increase the humidity.
