Of course, I'm a Nepenthes "nut", but I also enjoy other CPs. Heliamphora grow alongside the Nepenthes, and this one has put up a nice bunch of flowers:  H. pulchella

Are you going to pollinate? Its quite easy using the tuning fork method. I havn't had any luck breaking open the anthers to get the pollen but touching with a tuning fork releases plenty. Take the pollen from an older flower (3-5 days) and pollinate a younger one. You'll notice the difference when you look at the flower parts. On a newly opened flower the anthers are well away from the stigma (stigma receptive) but as the flower ages the anthers move down around the stigma.
