Ah, this has always been one of my favorite hybrids. It looks like you are growing it quite well Ludwig, as usual I still dont quite understand one thing though. This hybrid has been around for years now and everyone seems to say it grows like a weed. If this is true then how come it is NEVER for sell anywhere? Nor does it seem readily traded. No fair I may have to end up giving away my first born for a darn cutting of this hybrid haha. Keep up the good growing Ludwig!
Nice pitcher . I Had cuttings late last year. I swear this is about the only plant outside that continued to pitcher regularly in the freezing cold! I'll take a pic of all the pitchers grouped together. It is a super weedy plant, and I wonder if hybrids with it will be just as weedy.

I was going to post this in the plant of the month thread, but it got locked while I was editing my reply. Silly me, I thought we had until the 26th. I guess it is the 26th somewhere in the world, just not here. Oh well, I went to all this trouble, so I'll post it here instead. Wow, this one slipped all the way to page 5. Time to bump it up. Its tough to get good pics when your plant is in bondage like this, but here it is anyway. This one usually always pitchers for me outdoors in southern California. After making cuttings, it decided to take the winter off, only to reward me come spring. It now has six pretty active growth ponts so in a couple of months, this will be a bush, (and you might see it again).

This hybrid is one of my favourites as it grows like a weed. Actually, it has been around for about 3 years, no longer than that!. there seems to be one problem though: my cuttings with this hybrid are more difficult to root. It may be my technique.

plantguyty1: Does anybody need pollen? I have N. Miranda it's the first time it flowered for me so I do not know if its sterile or a good candidate. Is there anybody with an active female that would like to give my pollen a shot?

thatoneplantboi: Hey guys, I'm new to growing nepenthes, I'm getting a mini indoor greenhouse to grow them in. What kind of light should I use for them? Also, if you could provide a link to a product, it would be very much appreciated

borneo: Yes, they work superbly. But you don't need expensive lights, cheap ones work well too.
