Typhoon papriroon

Hey Hk nep lovers
In Lantau the wind has been VERY strong in this typhoon since yesterday ....i been following the storm since two days ago so all my plants are indoors but they really miss the sun and fresh air.......i will have to wait i think till at least tomorrow afternoon/evening before they can go back on the roof.
I hope all your green houses or outdoor plants are all safe!!

Typhoon signal 8 would have been better for today......;)

I probably come here late ... The typhoon have already gone and another typhoon signal no. 1 was a week behind ...

Anyway, that typhoon signal no. 3 is really a joke ! They calculate the wind speed inside Victory Habour and everyone knows how high and how close those highrise buildings are ! No way strong wind can pass in except in certain definite directions only. That calculation method is really outdated and should be evaluated decade ago ! Never saw so many huge trees fell and with arms broken in signal No. 3.

My greenhouses are just fine since there were several typhoon attacks in the past including a No.9 signal strength. I bet they are strong enough to withstand the strong wind here in HK. We are fortunate that we don't have those super typhoons ...
