visit ricardo-matela.blogspot.comTheres some wretched bird that keeps attacking only my klom viking. It seems to think the pitchers are fruit. How do you all get rid of your bird problems? It pains me to see unopen pitchers get attacked before they even open. And open pitchers too.

Yes a cat would be a good idea as well, Snipers give it more action though. A more sense of danger. Defending the Nepenthes base. haha. Just kidding. Yes a cat would be a good idea.

Birds? Try hanging CDs and/or old VHS tapes. Birds hate their shine. Why not put some mesh or chicken wire around it?

Simple just hang a large truncata there and let it eat the birds. They eat mice why not birds

Buy a bird feeder. Poor thing is so starving it does not know the difference between a fruit and a nepenthes pitcher!
