Why???? Is it stress??? Two of my Plants have spots! N. truncata x spectabilis  N. truncata (c)  It's not leaf spot disease right?

Ive found that in some minor cases it vanishes on its own but a little fungicide goes a long way

 Leaf spots are finally gone in the new leaf. I used a systemic fungicide.

I had this on a ramispina I received Then the mother plant eventually died (last week or so) but she had made two basals which are troopers
Also had a minor case on my Vent X robcantleyi but it also vanished over time
