just an affirmation but:
will this species do well with my bical as far as growing conditions?
additionally I think the 2 would make an interesting cross.

 This plant died after it hit 45f one day, my N. bicalcarata 'Sarawak Giant Red' did fine. N. bicalcarata  Not a good photo, but my N. bicalcarata is on the floor on the the right of the photo.

It will never get that cold...how about the upper end? Does the raff like it hot and humid like the bical?
I thought about getting one but decided on the red flush instead...is the sawak giant a vigorous grower?

Figured it was a ventricosa hybrid, just could tell which one! Looks healthy!

Removing the old TV and replacing with a flat screen will surely help! ;>)))
Hope you didn't toss the raff...just cut back the dead leaves and see if it makes a come-back. It doesn't look 'dead', more like a severe case of sunburn.
