Set it to a humidistat. You will take the guess work out of your greenhouse humidity altogether

esmith probably has the best solution! to add to it - have a fan and put the sensor far from the fogger so that you dont get false readings

You should seriously consider locating a humidistat controller, no matter how far you have to look. It is THE solution, since you want to maintain a specific range of RH. Import a device if you have to.

www.charleysgreenhouse.com/index.cfm?page=_productdetails&productid=6147&s= humidistat controller&cid1=-99&cid2=-99&cid3=-99 They ship international. Not sure if the electrical would work for you, but I'm sure you can find a way to make it work for you... or find something else in South Africa on your own. Check at nursery supply stores, do some research and ask around. Aside from any device.... You are going to have to try the fogger in different ways and see what works best for your plants in your conditions. We can't grow them for you, it's trial and error.

My hydrofogger is in action! Will post pics tomorrow. I hope my neps appreciate this.
It looks like a thick bank of fog in there now considering my gh is a small one!
The fogger runs on a timer 20 mins of eveey hour and during the hottest part of the day 40mins
