I replanted one of my Nepenthes last weekend and it went limp.. What should I do to help it? It is still green and has one pitcher trying to grow on it.. it does not have any bugs or anything.. It seems like it went into shock I guess.. Is there anything I can do to help it? Thanks!

The only thing I can suggest is keep it in 100% humidity.

Place it in a sealed clear plastic bag or fish tank. That should "revive" it. If not, it may be a root problem and the only solution is to take a cutting of the stem and discard the root and base.
