Is it normal for a Heli. pitcher to be growing on the flower? cause ive seen venus flytraps and droseras grow on flowers cause its a mutation thing i believe? but ive never seen a Heli. pitcher apart of the flower. Because my Heliamphora recently flowered and theres a pitcher on the flower! Am i the first or what? ;D
I will post pics when the flower gets taller.
thanks! Kev

wow thats really amazing! So seems like whenever they flower its typical for the pitcher to be apart of the flower. It seems to be a normal thing now. I personally felt like it was amazing because i grow cephs and neps, etc. and when they flower, a flower is a flower. It doesnt have any sign of being unique to its kind. I feel like a noob now . BUT its okay! Its my first Heliamphora flower so all is swell. Thanks guys!
